On March 20, 2024, the Delek US Refinery located at 200 Refinery Rd, Big Spring, TX will be conducting its annual salt well drill in partnership with local emergency responders and other state agencies.
This is an emergency preparedness drill utilized for training purposes only. The drill will take place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. During this time, alarms will be audible. Emergency services vehicles will be in the area including air evac helicopters.
If possible, please avoid the area due to increased traffic. Again, this is a drill and not a true public emergency. Delek US appreciates your cooperation and understanding.
