The annual Stargazing Party at the Big Spring State Park will take place on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at sunset.  Suggested arrival time is 8:40 PM, or earlier for best parking spots.   The West Texas Amateur Astronomy Club from Midland will set up ten to twelve telescopes at the State Park pavilion.  These club members love to educate both the young & old about astronomy.
Come on out for a fun outdoor educational opportunity for the entire family.  There are no fees to attend this event; however, donations to support this event will be accepted and are greatly appreciated.  More info on what we’ll be looking at in the heavens…later.
