In preparation for the Grand Opening of the Historic Spring Site to be held on November 16, 2017, at 4:30 PM the Big Spring Convention and Visitors Bureau is launching their C.H.I.P.S Volunteer Program. C.H.I.P.S stands for Citizens Helping In Protecting our Spring and that’s exactly what a C.H.I.P.S volunteer will be doing. The Historic Spring Restoration is a massive restoration that we hope to keep just as beautiful and pristine as it is when we first completed the project.

C.H.I.P.S will be expected to pick up trash, let the CVB know if there any maintenances issues that need to be taken care of, answer any questions about the project and talk to visitors (only if they feel comfortable).
