COMMUNITY BLOOD DRIVE - FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 2020

Please help save lives by donating much-needed blood. The City of Big Spring is hosting a community blood drive on Friday, June 12, 2020, from 10 AM to 2 PM, in City Council Chambers located at 307 East Fourth Street. Blood donation is an essential and encouraged activity. Blood banks are an essential health service and volunteer donors (like you) help sustain the community blood supply – an important resource that cannot be manufactured in a laboratory. It only comes from blood donors.

In order to meet social distancing recommendations and to ensure the safest donation experience possible, we’re encouraging scheduled appointments and requiring donors to wear a face mask during the appointment. It’s important for donors to keep their appointments, and schedule future appointments to ensure blood is available as we weather this pandemic together.
