On Thursday, March 5, 2020, the City of Big Spring will be closing East 11th Place from State Street to Owens Street,  from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, March 6, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to help facilitate a safe crossing area for all of the youth attending & participating in a track meet at Big Spring High School.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
