CITY OFFICES AND SITES TO CLOSE FOR MEMORIAL DAY OBSERVANCE

The City of Big Spring will close all offices, including the landfill and sanitation, for Memorial Day, on Monday, May 27, 2019.  Sanitation will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2019, and the following Holiday schedule will be in effect for Memorial Day week only.  As always, roll out trash cans should be on the curb at 7:00 AM.

Monday 5/27 – No trash pickup

Tuesday 5/28 – Monday’s roll outs will be picked up

Wednesday 5/29 – Tuesday’s roll outs will be picked up

The Landfill will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2019, and will reopen on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at 8:00 AM.

Emergency services (Police, Fire, and EMS) will continue normal operations during the holiday.  The Emergency Utilities Department will be in operations and can be contacted at 264-2392.
