Work crews have begun the rehab construction on the bridge in the 100 block of North Gregg Street which goes over the Union Pacific railroad tracks.
Construction began on the southbound side of the bridge first; southbound traffic will be diverted to the northbound side of the bridge. Drivers are advised while work is in progress, there will only be two lanes of traffic in the northbound side of the bridge, one for northbound traffic and one for southbound traffic. When work on the southbound side of the bridge is complete, work will begin on the opposite side in the same manner. Drivers are urged to drive with caution in the area during the bridge rehab.
