Use of this form will register a formal complaint with City of Big Spring Code Enforcement department. If you choose to submit an anonymous complaint DO NOT ENTER any personal information on this complaint form. If you submit an anonymous complaint a Code Enforcment Officer we will not be able to inform you of any actions taken or planned.

Complaints are reviewed each business day. Code Enforcement will respond to all complaints. Complaints are inspected in a timely manner, with consideration of seriousness of the violation from a health, safety and welfare standpoint.
