What if my water is disconnected for non-payment?
Accounts scheduled for disconnection will be disconnected the morning of the disconnect date if payment has not been received by 8:30 a.m. the day of or if an extension has not been requested. To re-establish service, the entire bill plus a $20 service re-connection fee must be paid. Payment on disconnected accounts must be made by cash or credit card. No checks will be accepted. Water service will be turned back on between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. the day payment is received. Please call 432-264-2540 for more information.
