The Information Technology Department maintains the city's computer networks, writes custom programs and/or reports and provides technical support to city departments as needed. The Information Technology Manager also evaluates departmental needs for new computer equipment and software applications.
The city's Drafting Department performs technical and skilled engineering work including drafts, profiles, cross sections, road and storm drainage alignments, right-of-way maps, and topographical features in a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
